Terms of Service

Last updated 13 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Flux when you use fluxfocus.app. They’re written to be read — if anything isn’t clear, ask us at vladimirpanev95@gmail.com.

Who we are

Flux is made and run by Vladimir Panev, an individual based in Bulgaria (“we”). By using Flux, you agree to these terms.

Using Flux for free

You can use Flux for free, without an account. Your free workspace lives in your browser, on your device: we don’t have a copy, so we can’t restore it if your browser’s data is cleared or your device is lost. Make a backup now and then (Settings → Back up).

Flux Pro

  • Flux Pro is a one-time purchase (€14.99, or the price shown at checkout) that unlocks every Pro feature on your account for as long as Flux is offered. There’s no subscription and nothing renews.
  • Pro needs an account, made by signing in with Google or Apple. It belongs to that account and is for you personally — please don’t share or resell it.
  • With Pro, your workspace is also saved to your account, so it’s there on any device you sign in on.
  • If you bought Pro before Flux opened, it’s yours from the day Flux opens: sign in with the email address you paid with.

Payment and refunds

Payments are handled by Stripe, and the price is shown at checkout before you pay. If Flux Pro isn’t right for you, write to us within 14 days of buying it for a full refund. A refund ends Pro on that account. None of this limits any other rights you have as a consumer.

Your content

What you put into Flux is yours. We store your Pro workspace only to give it back to you on your devices, and we don’t use it for anything else. You’re responsible for what you put in, including having the right to keep the information about your clients that you add.

Fair use

Please don’t use Flux to break the law, try to reach other people’s accounts or data, try to get Pro without paying for it, or overload or attack the service. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly does.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Flux running smoothly and your data safe, but Flux is provided “as is”: we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Features may change as Flux grows. If we ever stop saving Pro workspaces, we’ll tell you in advance and give you a way to export yours.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited — for example for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer. Beyond that, we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our total liability to you is limited to what you’ve paid for Flux Pro.

Ending

You can stop using Flux at any time. Deleting your account (account menu → Delete account) removes the account and its saved workspace straight away.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. If you’re a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and can bring a claim there.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. If a change significantly affects Flux Pro, we’ll tell you in the app or by email first.

Your privacy

How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
